Emil Hunziker has over 35 years experience in research, analysis, concept development, program and project management, and system definition and integration. This experience includes ten years operating and training military command, control, and intelligence systems in the United States, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. He has thirteen years in the design and management of individual and collective training, which includes seven years in Stuttgart, Germany, providing analyses, studies, plans, and directives for the transformation and management of the U.S. European Command’s theater command and control program and joint training, readiness, and exercise program. For nine years, he led large-scale, groundbreaking, high pay-off architectural analyses for the definition of international command and control structures as a member of the NATO Air Command and Control System Programme Management Office in Brussels, Belgium. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an air battle management - air weapons control officer, air intelligence officer, and senior staff officer. His military assignments were with the U.S. Joint Staff, the NATO International Military Staff, and U.S. and NATO commands at operational and tactical levels in Germany, Belgium, Korea, Okinawa, and the U.S.
